Building off-site in a controlled environment using the modular construction methodology provides many inherent green advantages over conventional construction. It does this by minimizing disturbance to the site, reducing vehicular traffic, and lowering the construction costs of modular homes. Materials are ordered, received and safely stored in a dry warehouse so replacement due to weather damage or loss is eliminated.
