"The View" is a 5***** STAR AMAZING3-4 Bedroom cabin located in beautiful Mountain Shadows Resort, Gatlinburg Tennessee.

"The View" cabin has locally handcrafted platform king size beds, all furniture and fixtures which accommodates up to 12 guests.

"THE VIEW" is surrounded by breathtaking sceneryof Mt. LeConte from the top deck. On the top floor, this spacious cabin offers a fully equipped large open kitchen with a ROKU HDTVand seating for 12.An octagon shaped living area with a 48" HDTV,Blue-ray DVD, a25' stone wall fireplace, Queen Sofa Sleeper and half bath. The King Master Bedroom is also located on the top floor and includes a HDTV/DVD, Jacuzzi tub, large closet, large double vanity,an oversized2 door shower and a private commode. On the ground level, there are 2 King handcrafted platformbedrooms, each with a private full bath and a HDTV/DVD. In the media room, a 52" HDTV, MultiVideo arcade co*cktail game table and Queen Sofa Sleeper.
This cabin "THE VIEW" also provides;
On the ground level, a wrap around porch with several rocking chairs and hot tub which seats 4-6 guests so that you may enjoy the splendor of the surrounding mountain views.
There is also a WEBBER Genisisgas grill located on the covered top deck locateddirectly fromthe kitchen which is perfect for a peaceful breakfast, lunch or dinner while being surrounded by all that nature has to offer.
Spectrum Silver TV package which lines up all sporting events. HBO, Cinemax, Showtime & Video on Demand. Fortunately, Roku is located in the kitchen area which includes Netflix &Video Prime.
The resort pool is located within walking distance and will provide rest and relaxation and cooling off during the summer time.
This Resort has paved town roads and easy access to the cabin (GPS capable and GOOGLE maps). Comfortable and ample parking for SUV'S or 3-4 midsize or compact vehicles.

SHOULD IT BE DETERMINED BY THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT THE LEASEHOLDER PERMITTED A CAT IN THE CABIN, THE LEASEHOLDER IS COMPLETELY LIABLE AND WILL BE ASSESSED A $500 FEE FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING (WHICH INCLUDES DISINFECTING, DEODORIZING AND VACUUMING) OF EACH FLOOR FOR REMOVAL OF FELINE (PET) HAIR, DANDER AND ANY OTHER CAT REMNANTS.
