Only needed storage for a short time, but this location is very convenient, clean and I had no issues from the time I started my rental to move out. It’s very easy and convenient to do most things on the app, but associates at this store have also been very helpful with any questions or concerns I had.

Need to secure outside trash (aka dumpsters), seems as though pickers/homeless go through materials left in dumpsters (dumpsters are labled for customer convenience) Someone "could be" throwing away papers with PRIVATE information on it.But I understand these dumpsters are for customer conveniece and the "risk" falls to the customer vs UHaul.All-in-All EXTREMETLY PLEASED with this facility in Rome NYLou Taverna239-222-3032

I’m writing this in order to bring it to the attention of upper management as the cleanliness of the storage unit was not only extremely unacceptable, but also a health risk. I’m extremely disappointed and upset upon entering my unit and discovering trash, multiple cigarettes scattered around the unit, as well as having it smell absolutely horrendous. As a combat veteran who served his country, I expected U-Haul to serve me with cleanliness, dignity, and respect. Obviously I wasn’t met with that and will further take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
