We had a good experience renting this storage unit. This was the first time we are renting a storage unit. Very good experience and easy to use and very convenient. Clean well lit, and the staff members helpful and friendly.

I was sorting out my stuff around 12 noon, and the lights from my isle keeps onturning off, i need to go to the sensor alot of times to keep it back on,i called on the staff and said they’ll check on it but no one came, so i didn’t bother to call back, i hope it will be addressed soon when i come back , it’s on isle 1600. I’m not too happy about my storage not being able to close. It was super frustrating and exhausting that I had to bring everything out the car go all the way down to my storage which was pretty far ( I’m not complaining about that ) but it’s just the back and forth and to see the door not close was super upsetting .

The thing i didn't like the storage is, i been with uhaul storage since 2012 i never had any bonus like one free month and they treated me as a new customer Always been in queue with a regular clients daily basis.You supposed to do one tiller helping only the storage clients. I just suggest it.

i was unimpressed with how the storage room here was very tight. In another storage facility i was rented had plenty of ceiling height. Here however the roof was very low and plenty of dirt not dust , fell from the floor above. Also within only a few months after starting to rent the storage room, the rent was raised which i was displeased with. If that was mentioned beforehand i would have done more storage shopping.

I visited my storage unit on Wednesday, May 1st to review my items to plan for my move scheduled for Saturday, May 11. Everything looked fine and in order. I return on Saturday, May 11 to notice there were some “water stains” on my tv and a piece of furniture. I looked up to see if there was a pipe above or perhaps condensation from any mechanicals above - nothing. Then I found a clear plastic cup half way on its side on top of one of my boxes, with yellow fluid - URINE. Someone urinated in a cup and placed or threw it atop of the storage unit. The top of the storage unit does not have a flat full coverage roof, it has a grate that can fit the size of a plastic cup, apparently.My storage unit rental was cancelled before I could formally cancel it on the website the very next day, so clearly staff is monitoring activity of who is coming and going, entering points of the unit but cannot monitor someone who urinated in public and disposed of it within someone else’s storage unit.Deeply disappointed.
